About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead with prior experience in designing and developing software solutions in Healthcare and Logistics domain to guide our engineering team through the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. As a tech leader, you will own the architectural direction, support team growth, and ensure timely delivery of quality software.Full time position, Based in Chennai,TamilNadu. Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of web applications or platform service
• Apply Global security standards maintenance.
• Create a baseline for confidential data protection and encryption
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and pairing
• Set and enforce engineering best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to define roadmaps
• Oversee deployment, performance, and security
• Design and implement lean, loosely coupled, lightweight microservices architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability

Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure systems
• Extensive knowledge in designing and development of a logistics service
• Proficiency in backend (Python) and frontend (React)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL,MongoDB)
• Strong knowledge of Web and API design (REST/GraphQL)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience in managing source control through GitHub/Bigbucket.

We are looking for a IBM FileNet P8 /Image manager developers who are interested to work on the migration of IBM FileNet P8 to GCP/AWS cloud.
Responsibilities
The candidate need to participate in code build and review activities.
Manage activities focused on the deployment of projects from requirements gathering, system design, quality assurance, cost control and implementation planning activities as well as post implementation activities.
Understanding business and technology needs
Designing, analyzing and implementing efficient IT systems
Gathering feedback from end users to continue improving systems
Be faceoff during project meetings related to requirement discussions
Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
Work closely with Utilities & Cross Domain IT teams and ITPM during project execution
Comfortable choosing and applying appropriate testing approaches
Performance testing experience
The candidate will be involved in requirement gathering, analysis, build, test and production support work along with weekend support.
Support SAT & UAT /BST defect resolution with clarification.
Provide support to Business for any clarification during UAT and Implementation health check.
Identify risk and issues and quantify them to IT Project Manager.
Escalate any scope change to IT project manager
Provide Implementation and Post-Implementation support.
Support investigation and resolution of defects raised during SIT/SAT/UAT/PIS
The person should have knowledge on Agile and DevOps.

Experience securing APIs at scale would be beneficial

Required Qualifications

Experience from 8 -14 years

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar;
• You have held a Technical Lead (or similar role) for at least 2 years;
• You have worked to improve, modernise and decompose large codebases;
• Demonstrated experience creating products and features from the ground up, and successfully taking them through to production;
• Experience working on SAAS platforms at scale;
• An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility;
• Deep knowledge of .NET ecosystem (framework 4.6+ / .NET 6+);
• Web technologies –  C#, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Experience with testing frameworks in C#;
• Azure SQL; and version controling like Git;

Preferred Qualifications

• Accessibility and Knowledge of containerisation technologies;
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles;
• Proficiency with one or more public cloud providers such as Azure, AWS or GCP;
