Job Description

Implements and configures the software, within the boundaries of the project plan, according to specified requirements and following best practices. Installation and technical setup of the platform, employees will be at client site or through a remote connection. Delivering functional, technical or project information to sales that can be used as input for commercial proposals or as information documents.

Participate in customer workshops to define the detailed product requirements.

Working with configuration and customization of the software in an effective manner, within the boundaries of the project plan and the agreed functional requirements to ensure a smooth application and fully implemented functional requirements.

Prepares material and gives product related training to end-users and administrators in order to achieve well trained users who are able to use the product.

We perform installations and technical setups of the platform, onsite at clients or through a remote connection

Pro-actively keeps knowledge and skills up-to-date in order to be able to perform an excellent job.

Performs administrative tasks timely and makes sure the information given is detailed and complete, according to regulations, in order to keep the administration accurate and detailed.

Prepares contents and leads sessions for colleagues in order to share knowledge and experiences in own- and other departments.

Actively contributing to delivering functional, technical or project information to sales that can be used as input for commercial proposals or as information documents.

  • Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Special Qualifications: Knowledge of SQL language is a preference
    - Experience and a strong interest in software implementation and process management is required
    - Experience within GRC, application functionality technical IT subjects and products is an advantage

  • Familiarity of Financial Statements, General Ledger, Accounting related to regulatory reporting
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience using SQL query tools
  • Experience with Axiom CV v9/10
  • Experience and a strong curiosity about software implementation and process management is required
  • Is service focused and can get along with client personnel at any level, from technical staff to executive leadership.
  • Ability to travel to client locations or other Nasdaq offices, or stay at certain locations during implementation (typically 3 to 9 months).
  • Education Qualification : Bachelors/Master’s degree in computer science, Business / Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

    Overview

    This role will lead an R&D GBS Technical Market Analysis team out of Hyderabad and be responsible for coordinating and managing scientific, competitive, market, and desk research activities, consumer testing, and new idea feasibility analysis.   • Strong organizational and communication skills to deliver and report on outputs and insights discovered from conducted scientific research and analysis
  • Understanding of Service Management processes
  • Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner
  • Experience working in a large global CPG / FMCG/ Food and Beverage/Health and Nutrition company, with understanding of the CPG performance outputs and measures
