Data Center Solutions (DCS) Business Unit
The Data Center Solutions Business Unit within Microchip designs enterprise class storage products to enable the world’s leading enterprises and data centers utilizing the latest RAID, Security, PCIe, NVMe, SAS, SATA, SDRAM, NAND, CXL technologies. As a member of the Applications Engineering team, a successful applicant will be involved in providing best-in-class technical support to our customers for one or more of the Data Center Solution products. Role Description

We are seeking an Oracle Applications R12 Technical resource with deep Technical experience in Oracle Financials specifically Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Service Contracts, Eb-Tax, and Cash Management. This individual will be working with a team of technologists and with business stakeholders. This individual will be mainly responsible for routine maintenance of the application specifically in modules noted above.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the application from a system setup and configuration perspective.
• Work on Month-end issues related to financials modules to ensure timely closure.
• Work on system maintenance (bug fixes) in addition to new development.
• Develop and document test plans and assist technical and business team members with testing and test support.
• Develop training material for the business based on Oracle functionality.
• Perform design and configuration in the system according to business requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents and system configuration documents for new features and enhancements to existing functionality.

Qualifications/Skills

• Experience in Oracle Financials R12 primarily in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, and Cash Management in a functional capacity.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Oracle Service Contracts.
• Strong understanding of standard Oracle business processes, dependencies, programs, screens, and reports in these modules.

Assist Digital Sales Representative in Crafting Solution and RFI Response:

1. Assist Digital Sales Representative in crafting customer-centric solution leveraging Co-Sell partner resources by assembling and collaborating with a technical pursuit team that may include ISV components. Deliver compelling RFI response.

2.Design Customer-centric Solution Aligned to Business Value:

Work with technical pursuit team securing customer agreement to the solution design aligned to agreed outcomes/digital transformation journey focusing on business value.

3. Deliver Customer-centric Demonstration Aligned to Solution Design and Business Value:

Receive a standing ovation by delivering a compelling solution demonstration highlighting Microsoft competitive differentiation and is aligned to the designed customer-centric solution with business value impact.

Ensure demonstration follows Tell-Show-Vision model and has an end-to-end view building opportunities for seeding and expansion after initial sale.

4. Work with Customer Success/Partner Team on Deployment Plan Mapped to Solution Key Performance Indicators

5. Assist Digital Sales Representative if required in reviewing licensing proposal.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications and AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in system architecture, hands-on experience with Python or C# .Net , and the ability to guide and mentor technical teams. This role involves client interaction, active participation in technical discussions, and solution designespecially for modern, AI-driven applications such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-level applications and AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable architectures.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in either Python or C# .Net , with strong coding and debugging skills.
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, layered architecture).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL), APIs, and integration patterns.
• Exposure to AI/ML solutions , especially RAG-based architectures (e.g., combining LLMs with vector databases, context-aware search).
• Familiarity with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience interacting with client stakeholders in technical discussions.
• Ability to manage technical teams, assign tasks, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to MLOps and deployment of AI models in production.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, etc.) or AI/ML will be a plus.
