Role Summary:
Energetic, communication-driven engineer responsible for coordinating and resolving escalations across NOC, MPLS, ILL, Cloud, and network domains.
The role demands agility, structured follow-ups, and strong collaboration across technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the end-to-end resolver for all technical escalations and critical issues.
- Coordinate seamlessly between NOC, Telco, Field, and Customer Care teams for swift resolution.
- Track and manage all open cases, maintaining daily closure and progress reports.
- Prepare and maintain review trackers, MoMs, and performance dashboards for the NOC/Network teams.
- Conduct and drive daily stand-up reviews with HOD, ensuring accountability and timely actions.
- Document and communicate end-to-end resolutions, ensuring constant follow-up until complete closure.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and follow-up discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Computer Networks, MPLS, ILL, IP routing, or Cloud preferred.
