About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing thought leader to join our Data and Analytics team as a Technical Delivery Lead . The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex data and AI solutions, working closely with product managers, solution designers, engineers, and customers to plan and execute projects leveraging data, analytics and generative AI technologies. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, deep expertise in data, analytics, reporting, and AI/ML, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Qualifications and Experience :

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in project/program management, of which 5+ yrs of exp should be in end-to-end delivery management and 2+ years with focus on leading Gen AI deliveries to production and operationalized new capabilities / patterns.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale tech projects.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML technologies and their applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS services.
• Proficiency in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize organizational structures and processes.
• Experience in stakeholder management at all levels.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and delivery.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

• Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation, deployment and risk management.
• Good exposure to Java, Mongo DB, Spring Boot, release management and AWS would be desirable.
