**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) is a seasoned engineering role, responsible for providing a managed service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.
Through pre-emptive service incident and resolution activities, as well as product reviews, operational improvements, operational practices, and quality assurance this role maintains a high level of service to clients.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions and is responsible for managing tickets of high complexity, conducts advanced and complicated tasks, and provides resolution to a diverse range of complex problems.
This position uses considerable judgment and independent analysis within defined policies and practices and applies analytical thinking and deep technical expertise in achieving client outcomes, while coaching and mentoring junior team members across functions.
The Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex network issues that L1 and L2 engineers cannot handle, using deep knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and protocols.
+ Network Design and Architecture: Design and implement advanced network architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
+ Performance Optimization: Analyze network performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimize the network for better performance and efficiency.
+ Security Management: Implement and manage advanced security measures within the SD-WAN environment, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
+ Policy Management: Develop and enforce network policies, including QoS (Quality of Service) and traffic management policies.
+ Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with other IT teams, provide guidance to L1 and L2 engineers, and lead network projects.
+ Vendor Management: Coordinate with SD-WAN vendors for support, updates, and new implementations.
+ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and performance reports.
+ These responsibilities ensure that the SD-WAN infrastructure is robust, secure, and capable of meeting the demands of modern network environments.

The Global Cyber & Information Security function is a part of the Global Technology department. The Global Technology Group function provides IT services to the Fidelity International business. The Global Cybersecurity Operations function at Fidelity International is part of the Global Cyber & Information Security (GCIS) Group, reporting to the Head of Global Cyber & Information Security. Our mission is to develop an intelligence-led, proactive cyber security response to defend Fidelity and its assets from cyber threats, to reduce risk and business impact. We adopt an 'assumed breach' position using multiple in-depth capabilities for protection, detection and response along with established processes to enable rapid response when an event oocurs.
Purpose of your role
The successful candidate will be experienced in security operations engineering, understanding the value of automated security actions and how this can enhance an analysts response to events. This is a critical role expected to build and maintain our security control portfolio and help mature our monitoring and response processes.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working at a deep technical level, proactively suggesting and implementing control improvements whilst also being able to prioritise backlog engineering work (mainly sourced from our front-line SOC team). The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate understanding of frontline security analysts workloads, experience in simplifying and automating security actions and an understanding on how best to maintain security tooling. You will be responsible to think outside the box and develop high fidelity use-cases that will help defend the organisation from Cyber Adversaries. The role will be supported by a strong security leadership team who are keen to develop our controls underpinned by our investment in leading security tooling. - Ensure controls are kept up to date, analysing and utilising new features as they are released

The position will work closely with the Technical Specialist (Livelihoods) and will design the training modules on the basis of the livelihood pathways identified for selected participants of the programme. The position will also be responsible for documentation of programme learning and dissemination to support the scale-up and replication of successful approaches.
Preferred candidate profile
- Masters Degree in Rural Development, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, and/ or allied Social Sciences, or a relevant field.
- Minimum work experience of 10-12 years in a similar profile, focused on rural poverty alleviation, livelihood or social development initiatives. Of this, at least five years of experience should be in the field of training and module development for rural livelihood enhancement. Experience of working with digital platforms for the design of training and regular handholding support would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Telugu and English. Experience of designing training curriculum in vernacular will be an advantage
- Experience of working closely with rural grassroots communities, especially for capacity-building, social protection and rural development
- Experience in applying strong interpersonal skills to support teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and multicultural environment.
- Willingness to work in remote rural areas the position will require extensive travel across the five programme implementation districts.
- Must enjoy working in horizontal, cross-functional teams across departments and institutions; needs to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, as well as situational authority and leadership.
