  • Understand end-user software requirements and associated user personas including and security considerations.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements, plans, process flows, technical specifications, and project status.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management on project progress, RAG status and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate any risks associated with the end-user computing activities.
  • Ensure alignment with any legal and compliance requirements throughout the project.


Basic Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in managing divestiture and/or migration projects or similar large-scale transitions.
  • Strong understanding of end-user computing environments and technical setups including laptops, end user software and associated personas, printing, mobile devices, and campus networking.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to gather and translate requirements into actionable plans.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis within IT or consulting environments.

Additional Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment with global teams.
  • Familiarity with compliance and legal considerations of divestiture and/or migration activities
  • Strong project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey project status to stakeholders.
