JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly experienced & dynamic ERP Implementation Lead to spearhead our Oracle Fusion implementation within our manufacturing operations. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of the ERP project, based on inputs from business process re-engineering, creation of solution design to implementation, testing, integration, go-live & end to end project management including team, stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, proven leadership skills, & a track record of successfully delivering complex ERP implementations. The incumbent provides support to Plant Manager by leading all engineering, maintenance and project activities in the plant.

The role holder has to lead a team of engineers of various disciplines in planning, organizing and controlling the projects and engineering related activities within the plant. The role holder is responsible for managing maintenance of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment’s, in house projects & manufacturing agenda for the site.

About the role!

• To plan, schedule, implement, supervise and review maintenance of manufacturing assets to ensure reliability and availability of production assets at levels over 95%.
• To innovate and drive energy initiatives at plant for energy savings and to reduce cost.

• Good knowledge of project management, planning, co-ordination, negotiations with sound commercial judgment and should be able to work well under pressure and with competing priorities.
