Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Evaluation. Independently lead the sourcing and shortlisting of candidates for senior tech and product roles using advanced LinkedIn search, networks, and outbound strategies. Evaluate candidates beyond the resume-understand context, motivation, skill depth, and culture alignment. Prepare crisp candidate assessment summaries for client discussions.
2. Market Intelligence & Mapping. Proactively map org structures and talent clusters across domains like SaaS, fintech, health-tech, and consumer-tech. Track industry movements, compensation trends, and upcoming leadership. Share actionable insights with the internal team to refine sourcing strategy.
3. Candidate & Client Engagement. Own initial conversations and build long-term relationships with potential candidates. Act as a partner to clients: understand role nuances, hiring philosophy, and leadership expectations. Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring journey.
4. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building. Identify new client opportunities and candidate leads through personal network, events, and digital presence. Maintain an active, well-qualified pipeline across core verticals and functions. Support BD efforts by sharing talent intelligence and building warm connects.
5. Reporting & Internal Tools. Manage all candidate and client data in ATS/CRM systems with rigor. Share periodic pipeline updates and create talent reports when needed.
Required Qualifications
1. 2-5 years of experience in technical or product hiring (agency or in-house).
2. Exposure to mid-to-senior-level hiring, ideally for tech-first or startup environments.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Comfortable handling end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
5. A structured, resourceful, and proactive approach to solving hiring challenges.
6. Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).
Preferred Qualifications
1. Understanding of leadership hiring dynamics in tech and product orgs.
2. Prior experience working with founders, CXOs, or startup leadership teams.
3. Ability to write sharp candidate summaries and role briefs.
4. Exposure to talent branding or thought leadership in hiring.
