We are actively hiring multiple SmartComm Developers with a Minimum of 5+ years overall experience. In this role, you will Designing and Developing Applications using the smartCOMM Modules – ATD (Advance Template Designer) & Data Modeler
- Understand the SDLC model and what your specific activities are in designing and then delivering a solid, robust application;
- Enhance coding and source code development standards;
- Design and develop code that is clean, understandable, maintainable and extensible;
- Design, develop and implement test plans to accurately test the application code, functions, modules and program;
- Encourage maintenance of detailed and accurate documentation per our standards;
- Key contributor to the project estimation process reviewing and challenging where necessary, estimates for tasks;
- Overseeing deployment of software components through non-production environments and where applicable into production and/or hand over to the relevant release team;
- Pro-actively identify and recommend application improvements as part of the development or support activities and provide advice in situations where subtle changes to requirements yield savings in software development cost or application efficiency/performance;
- Liaise with business system owners directly (where required) to refine requirements and provide guidance.
- Experience in integration of SmartCOMM with Guidewire or upstream is added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of SMARTCOMM(Thunderhead) Suits of Products – Advanced Template Designer (Business Content Studio and Admin), Data Modeler (Business Object Studio), Review Now, Interview Now and Dashboard
- Sound knowledge about SmartCOMM Modules - Data Modeler, Advanced Template Designer and Web Editor
- Good knowledge about Smart Communication API's
- Should be well versed with preparation of the XML data schema and their mapping to business data objects.
- Hands on experience with template authoring, recognizing common graphical elements, information blocks, layouts, stylesets, variable data requirements and functional similarity.
- Should be well versed in creation of Static Layouts for Print and Responsive Layouts for Web
- Good technical knowledge in creating Simple, Scriptable Batch Config/Template Selector and Output Configurations for post processing.

The consultancy is for a period of 18 months on a full-time basis.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical expert in Public Outreach and Communication
for an upcoming project for the state Fire Service Department, tasked with formulating and implementing more sustainable and resilient fire risk management strategies and improving departmental operational safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy and a work plan for public awareness campaigns on fire and life safety
safety, fire hazard risk, safety precautions and norms so that the public is prepared and informed of safety practices to ensure timely and appropriate responses during a fire incident to save lives.
- Produce outreach materials for target audiences, including schools, hospitals, and shopping centres malls, cinemas, high-rise buildings, industries, government offices, public buildings,etc.
- To develop a State-level general fire management strategy and action plan that defines the roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders, establishes coordination mechanisms, sets targets, and identifies budget needs for fire management activities.
- Carry out stakeholder analysis to bring out the roles and responsibilities of key players
and institutions through consultations, meetings, and interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in periodic review meetings with project stakeholders, presenting audit findings and plans for quality improvement.
- Coordinate and facilitate prompt resolution of quality issues and resolve issues related to the scope of the consulting services, as they arise.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Post-graduate in MSW/Social Science/Mass Communication
- Minimum five years’ experience in Public outreach/communications/ community engagement/gender, social/behavioural science
- Strong communication, capacity building training, and report-writing skills.
- A proven track record in stakeholder engagement and managing multi-disciplinary project teams for the state government and international development organisation is required.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in the preparation of Communication plans and SOPs for public outreach and awareness
- Project experience in developing strategy and work plan reports on public awareness campaigns (within the last five years)
- Experience in developing capacity building trainings & public outreach strategy and materials(within the last five years)
Contract Terms
- Location: Technical expert role from Uttarakhand (state HQ) with regular travel to the districts covered.
- Duration: The consultancy is for a period of 18 months.

The Analyst, Records Maintenance is part of PSA’s Tech Ops Division in the PSA Tech Services Center. This role will utilize technical writing and records management skills to ensure safe, reliable operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Provide technical writing, revision, and electronic management services for all PSA manuals, forms, and work instructions
- Author and revise Job Instruction Cards as required
- Distribute internal communications, OEM manuals, and PSA controlled manuals to the frontline team per GMM requirements
- Collect and resolve RFTSs for publication changes submitted by the frontline
- Ensure all Tech Ops records are audited, stored, and indexed properly to ensure GMM compliance
- Perform ad-hoc records reviews as assigned
- Serve as a transaction redundancy in case the MRO system is unavailable within PSA's GMM guidelines
- Other duties as assigned by Tech Services leadership
ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in an operations management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
- 3 years of experience in Tech Ops or a related field
- FAA 121 Airline Operator and associate FARs or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Experience in technical writing and editing
- Familiarity with aviation industry regulations and compliance
- Experience with electronic document management systems
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications:
- Strong technical writing and editing skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems
