Responsibilities:
- Provide remote diagnostic support and troubleshooting for a range of industrial machinery via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Guide customers through installation procedures, configuration, and initial setup of equipment.

- Identify opportunities for upselling services or equipment upgrades during customer interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product updates and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field service, technical support, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex machinery.
- Excellent remote communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites, often on short notice.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems is highly desirable.
