+ Use scientific methods to ensure the safe and reliable operation of workshop mechanical equipment and achieve the target OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
+ Efficiently manage SAP work orders and complete workshop mechanical equipment maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
+ Assist the supervisor/manager in establishing and improving preventive maintenance systems, fully implement preventive maintenance plans, track their execution, and reduce downtime due to equipment failures.
+ Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the root causes of failures. Provide basic equipment knowledge training to operators. Assist the manager in completing FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) reviews for equipment.
+ Lead or participate in the implementation of Management of Change (MOC) in the workshop and participate in technical management during company project construction to ensure successful project completion.
+ Responsible for organizing and carrying out night-time on-call maintenance work.
+ Properly maintain and promptly update workshop equipment records, manage spare parts, initiate purchase requests to establish inventory, and be responsible for acceptance of goods.
+ Regularly analyze spare parts consumption based on usage frequency, procurement cycle, and importance, and optimize inventory information.
+ Conduct regular inspections of workshop equipment, regularly check maintenance work, focus on on-site maintenance safety management and 5S (workplace organization), and strictly control key quality points in maintenance work.

+ 3 year full time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

+ Repair maintenance of Rotating Equipments {Centrifugal Pumps, Blowers (Centrifugal, Lobe), Water ring vacuum pumps, PD pumps(Internal gear, External gear, Progressive cavity pumps}. Candidate shall be independently performing the repair and maintenance activity (Hands-on)

**Responsibilities**
**The Position:**
Perform Line Maintenance on Aircraft In Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft equipment to ensure system serviceability and functionality. Carry out systems troubleshooting using basic computer and electronic theories and test equipment. Remove and replace components and equipment in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures. Complete all administrative duties associated with maintenance actions performed.
**Key Responsibilities**
IFEC and Aircraft Systems Maintenance:
Performance of maintenance tasks including component replacement, adjustments, inspections, functional tests, and certification, which includes, but is not limited to:
+ Remove and replace components in accordance with all applicable documentation.
+ Troubleshoot system failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), cabling, or other aircraft systems and perform functional tests post rectification.
+ Perform Cabin Sweeps in accordance with Panasonic LMPs and report findings.
+ Perform Built-in (BITE) and manual tests.
+ Perform Software and Media Loading.
+ Clean components and equipment racks/filters if applicable to the contract.

**Qualifications**
**What We're Looking For:**  
+ Secondary/Technical School degree.
+ 12 months of experience on the Panasonic IFEC systems.
+ Minimum of 24 months on-aircraft experience.

+ Hold a valid Indian DGCA CAR66 Aircraft License / Authority or equivalent required to certify customers on different aircraft types/systems at the assigned location.
