About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Electronics Engineer to join our New Product Development (NPD) team. The candidate will work directly under the Technical Head and play a vital role in developing innovative electronic products from concept to production. This role requires strong aptitude, hands-on skills in PCB design, and an understanding of IoT devices.

Key Responsibilities:

· PCB Design & Development - Design schematics and PCBs using tools like EasyEDA, Altium, Eagle, or KiCAD. - Generate and review Gerber files and finalizing BOM. - Debug and validate PCBs during prototyping and testing.

· Mechanical Integration - Interpret and utilize 3D CAD files (e.g., STEP, IGES) for enclosure design and PCB fitting. - Collaborate with mechanical engineers for seamless product integration.

· IoT & Embedded Systems - Work with microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, etc.), sensors, and wireless modules (WiFi, BLE, LoRa). - Develop and test IoT-based devices, ensuring firmware-hardware integration.

· Testing & Troubleshooting - Conduct functionality, reliability, and performance testing of prototypes. - Identify issues and assist in continuous product improvements.

· Documentation & Support - Maintain design files, test reports, and NPD documentation. - Assist in creating assembly manuals, SOPs, and user guides. - Coordinate with vendors for prototyping, components, and manufacturing.

Required Skills:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Understanding of PCB design following industry best practices for consumer electronic products.

· Hands-on experience with PCB design and Gerber generation
