**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training content creation**
- Research, produce and deliver high-quality learning assets like training decks, facilitator guides, learner guides, assessments, and other supporting content
- Teaching no/low code tools.
- Guide vendors who build demo projects though internal and external experts
**Training delivery**
- Delivery of learning interventions using consultative workshops and classroom-based training which is instructor-led. Also, help and guide L&D team in converting these courses into e-learning for hosting on Government’s LMS called iGOT.

**Education level**

**Experience**
10 to 12 years of experience of which at least 6 to 8 years should in the field of training and skilling of adults in technology.
**Must have skills/ competencies**
- Familiarity with the methods and principles for designing programs to teach, train and instruct adults, including the means of assessing the effects of training.
