We're looking for an experienced Senior Staff Engineer to join our Shared Platform Services team. Reporting to the Director, Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for:
+ Developing high-quality software that is performant, scalable, reusable, extensible, secure, supportable, reliable APIs
+ Writing microservices, develop and extend in-house APIs, write client-side code which interacts with other APIs (RESTful and SDKs)
+ Working with front-end engineers to understand user requirements and provide endpoints that help accomplish building appealing interfaces
+ Exhibiting DevOps mindset - Work on continuous integration, including provisioning, deployment, testing, and version control of the software
+ Participating in strategic contributions like system design, and guiding long-term architecture
**What We're Looking For (Minumum Qualifications)**
+ Passionate software developer with 10+ years of hands-on software application development experience
+ Strong working experience with Java and Spring frameworks, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Quarkus, ensuring robust and scalable application development
+ Containerization experience with applications deployed on Docker or Kubernetes using AWS, GCP or other cloud providers
+ Proven expertise in building distributed, cloud-native applications using Dapr and Kubernetes, with a focus on scalability and reliability
+ Ability to quickly adapt & independently work in a fast-paced Agile environment with minimum supervision

+ Knowledge about Docker/Kubernetes and container infrastructure would be a plus

+ Troubleshooting issues in zscaler production clouds and profile code and improve the efficiency of hot spots
**What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)**
+ 7+ years of software development experience with expertise in C programming
+ Strong working experience in database kernels specifically query optimisations
+ Working knowledge of any Unix system and strong understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures

As an Office Administrator , you will be responsible for daily coordination between development teams and management , maintaining task progress in the Project Management System (PMS) , ensuring adherence to internal rules , and scheduling meetings and client calls as required.
This role is critical to keeping projects and teams running smoothly by acting as a bridge between departments and ensuring everyone is aligned, updated, and accountable.

● Collect daily task updates from developers , designers, and team leads.
● Ensure updates are entered and maintained properly in the Project Management System .

Meeting & Call Scheduling
● Schedule internal standups, sprint reviews, team syncs , and other recurring meetings.
● Set up client calls or technical discussions based on availability and project requirements.
● Send reminders and ensure timely participation from relevant stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation
● Maintain clear logs of team performance, attendance, meeting notes, and project summaries.
● Share daily or weekly status reports with project managers and leadership.
Office Discipline & Policy Enforcement
● Monitor adherence to company rules, work timings, communication protocols , and documentation standards .
● Flag violations (e.g., non-updated tasks, unapproved leaves, late submissions) and issue reminders as per the escalation matrix.
General Administrative Support
● Assist HR with onboarding checklists , access provisioning, and team coordination.
● Handle general admin communication , team queries, asset tracking, and record-keeping.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Minimum 3 years of administrative or coordination experience in an IT/software company.
