11. Experience driving large cross-functional/industry-wide engineering efforts
12. Experience utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and provide detailed feedback and solutions
13. Experience communicating and working across functions to drive solutions
14. Experience mentoring/influencing executive stakeholders across organizations
15. Successful candidate must remain in role in the same team in India for a minimum period of 24 months before being eligible for transfer to another role, team or location
