    • We are looking for you as a Document Management Technology Lead  with a proven experience in IT Technology, Product and Vendor Management and as an agile Product Owner.
    • Your responsibility includes the definition of the IT vision and strategy for the Document Management products in line with the business strategy under consideration of regulatory requirements, including the preparation of marketing material, websites, product stores and product pricing.
    • Additionally you are responsible for project delivery in close collaboration with the Tribe Lead, Tribe Engineering Lead and the engineering team.

    • Deutsche Bank is a leading global Investment, Corporate and Private Bank with Software Development Centers in US, UK, Europe and India.
    • Shared Applications and Services (SAS) is providing IT solutions to the Deutsche Bank IT and business units to increase software reuse and reduce costs through unnecessary redundancy in Deutsche Banks IT application landscape. SAS current focus is on Workflow, OCR, Document Management and Output Management Platforms and on Robotics Process Automation, with an ongoing extension to additional shared IT assets. While most established platforms are based on vendor products in on-premise data centers, new innovative platforms are developed for off-premise Clouds hosting to provide improved scalability and performance with AI capabilities at lower costs.
    • The Document Management Tribe is providing Document Management and Archiving capabilities for global usage by all business lines with Squads in Germany, Romania and India.

    Your key responsibilities

    As a Technology Management Lead you will:

    Work together with the Document Management Tribe Lead, Tribe Engineering, other Agile Product Owners and Tribe Engineers to deliver new product features, onboard new tenants and consolidate legacy DMS to the strategic DMS platforms.

    Take responsibility for the product management, vendor management and stakeholder management of the DMS product. This includes the definition of the product vision and roadmap, product pricing and vendor risk and service management.

    Your skills and experience

    • Excellent Computer Science Master or Ph.D. and/or MBA from a well known University
    • Proven experience as an agile Product Owner, Program Manager and Project Manager
    • Experience as IT Product Manager responsible for product strategy, marketing, vendor and cost management
    • Strong team player, with proven ability to work in a global team and drive results both collaboratively and independently
    • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to influence a wide range of decision-makers
    • Business fluent in written and spoken English
    • Software development skills in Java with relational databases on Linux esp. Oracle, Rest Services, Cloud Technology, Gen-AI, Microsoft Office, JIRA and Confluence
    • Knowledge of the IBM products Filenet, Content Manager on Demand and an understanding of Document Management, Document and Data Archiving, Records Management with an understanding of data retention, legal hold and data privacy requirements in international Banking is preferred
