**Job Description**
This position is for a technical lead on a feature team that develops / enhances and maintains functionality related to regulatory and other requirements for applications that host Instrument / Securities reference data within the Bank. The candidate will be responsible to work closely with the local manager and team members to ensure high quality deliverables from the team on time, following all stipulated processes. He / she will also work closely with the global team members / management and stakeholders of various projects to ensure. The candidate will also adopt to a high-performance work culture in the team.
In this role, you will ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset.
Hands-on engagement in the full software lifecycle activities is expected. This includes requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Code solutions and implement automated unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
+ Design, develop, and modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained.
+ Mentor other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack.
+ Execute story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle.
+ Perform proof of concept as necessary to implement new ideas or mitigate risk.
+ Automate manual release activities.
+ Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (integration, regression, performance).
+ Ensure solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt.
+ Troubleshoot build and setup failures and facilitate resolution.
+ Ensure execution and delivery meets technology's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, performance, reliability, and timeline.
+ Communicate status frequently to technology partners.
**Requirements:**
**Education:** BE / BTech / MTech / MCA / MSc
**Certifications (if any):** NA
**Experience Range:** 10-15+ years in similar roles. Preferably in the financial industry
**Foundational Skills:**
+ Solid knowledge of Microservices
+ Good knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle preferred)
+ Solid knowledge of OOPS (Java / J2EE)

Power Bi, Project Mangement
The Technology Architecture unit of the Corporate and Institutional Banking division plays a key role in this major evolution. Responsible for ensuring that its technological strategy meets CIB's challenges, the TA entity operates in this dynamic, international, bilingual English-French environment. The candidate will maintain and drive the technology standards framework and governance and will implement strong project management practices.
Direct Responsibilities- Maintain and update the Manage Technology Standards procedure, including publication of the controlsMaintain the catalogue structure (add fields, new lookup/reference tables etc…) and documentation, support any query from any user, inside and outside of architectureRegular meetings with the 'Technology owners' for recertification (review of status, use cases etc.)Maintain all technology catalogue related KPIs / PowerBI reportsLiaise with ITG (ITGA) on Technology standards related tasks: gap analysis with group catalogue, followup on exception requests etc.Upcoming: Organize and animate the Technology Management Operational Committee (biweekly meeting): prepare slides, maintain and track action log, animate the meetingUpcoming: Maintain the Technology Architecture SNow catalogue of requests: create/update/delete request types, assign raised requests within the team
- Contribute towards innovation; suggest new technical practices for efficiency improvementContribute towards recruitment efforts for the team
Technology Standards Management:
- Maintenance of the catalog of technological standards:
- Own and drive the recertification process with the 'Technology owners' (Periodic review meetings and governance, review of status, use cases etc.)Consulting with the team for technology choices and release statusMonitoring for the maintenance of roadmaps, end of support dates etc.Integration of 'Business Software Packages' into the catalog, in collaboration with business entities, technical architecture, production

The platform will cater to a rapidly growing number of use cases that harness the power of GenAI. Both proprietary and open-source Large Language Models, and large structured and un-structured data sets will be leveraged to produce insights for Global Markets and its clients.
We are seeking a Software Engineer to build this platform. In this role, you will ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset.
Hands-on engagement in the full software lifecycle activities is expected. This includes requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment. The IT Manager will ensure the availability, integrity, and efficiency of core IT services while leading a small team of IT professionals and collaborating with cross-functional business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain Proxmox clusters, virtual machines, and storage resources.
- Oversee Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and Windows-based applications).
- Implement system redundancy, disaster recovery, and backup strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Security & Compliance
- Apply security best practices across Linux- and Windows-based environments.
- Monitor and patch vulnerabilities in hypervisors, operating systems, and applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry and organizational security policies, including audit requirements.
- Team & Project Leadership
- Supervise and mentor IT support and system administration staff.

- Hands-on expertise with Proxmox VE (cluster management, storage, HA setups, networking, backups) .
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server administration (Active Directory, GPO, file/print services, RDS, virtualization via Hyper-V desirable).
- Experience with networking fundamentals (VLANs, firewalls, VPN, routing).
- Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mixed virtualization and Windows environments.
- Preferred:
- Certifications such as Proxmox VE Certified Engineer , Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate , or similar.
- Experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) administration in enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, GLBA, PCI-DSS, or industry-specific security standards).
