Be a trusted technology advisor and advocate for developing and delivering Thomson Reuters tax technology solutions to meet the business challenges and opportunities at our large and strategic clients.
About the Role
- This is a Director level role playing a crucial role in successful delivery of Thomson Reuters tax products to strategic customers
- Be the face of Thomson Reuters for key identified clients. Build credibility for oneself and the organization and play the role of a trusted technology advisor, influencer and partner for the client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influential client contacts, through and after any project engagement.
- Understand clients strategic business and technology direction and be capable of advancing and influencing proposals on how Thomson Reuters may support these.
- Drive upsell of Thomson Reuters products and services within the client organization. Constantly generate opportunities and referrals based on in-depth knowledge of clients business landscape and priorities.
- Work with Project Managers and all internal Thomson Reuters stakeholders to ensure highest quality delivery of projects, with highest customer satisfaction.
- Work with stakeholders within the client organization to drive adoption and retention of Thomson Reuters products.
- Work with Accounts Managers to help define and execute the Account Strategy for the client.
- Keep clients updated on Thomson Reuters technologies and product roadmaps and ascertain potential prospects for future sales. Demonstrate market and product knowledge to the client in an insightful way.
- Provide thought leadership to external audiences via presentations at conferences, participation in customer advisory board meetings, authoring white papers and similar activities.
- Provide thought leadership to internal teams, influencing Solution Architecture, product development/enhancement, integrating various Thomson Reuters solutions and content.
About You
- Minimum of 16 years of experience in Program Management, Account Management and Solution Architecting in ERP or Tax Technology of complex solutions for large and strategic customers
- Minimum of 3 years of business development and sales within an account, strategic planning and client management, along with working with a broad range of diverse and complicated business units within a client organization.
- Prior experience of engaging with and selling technology solutions to C-level stakeholders
- Experience should include delivering large ERP (preferably SAP or Oracle) or tax technology products to large global customers. Experience working with an advisory is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support configuration of Workday - Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Recruiting, Talent, etc.
• Deep understanding of architectural concepts, issues and trends in the HR solutions area covering Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll.
• Create and modify existing Workday reports as needed based on business requirements to support projects and initiatives.

• Support semi-annual Workday releases in regression testing and review of changes that will impact current business processes. Evaluate new features/functions for rollout to end-users and recommend solutions/alternatives to better automate processes.
• Provide production support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to configuration, business process, integrations, data or other systems issues.
• Ensure that defined application and change controls are maintained and followed.
• Liaise with cross functional teams and end-users to translate business needs into requirements and recommend appropriate configurations, business rules, and business process workflows in Workday tenant and supporting applications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5+ years Workday experience required with demonstrated ability implementing and optimizing functionality across multiple areas of HR
• Expertise of the Workday platform (business objects, organizations, business processes, tenant setup, integrations, security, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong ethics and integrity
• Solution oriented, proactive and collaborative approach in working with stakeholders
• Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
