Responsibilities will include:

Production and delivery of high quality training materials to support effective adoption and use of Microsoft end user technologies including Windows Operating system and Microsoft 365.

Monitor the Microsoft 365 capability, initiate internal awareness campaigns to drive adoption of new features and applications leading to improved business outcomes .

Function as a Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft 365 supporting migration from existing productivity technologies to Microsoft 365.

Where necessary, engage with external suppliers in the delivery and adoption of Microsoft 365 capabilities.

Participate in the corporate technology roadmap process to ensure controlled technology lifecycle management for all adopted Microsoft 365 capabilities.

Function as a Subject Matter Expert on support and operational ownership across all implemented Microsoft 365 capabilities.

Collaborate with the support teams to enable independence through the sharing of product knowledge and best practices.

Experience Essential

Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 product suite, MS Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint are essential , with proven experience of successful creation and delivery of high quality learning materials.

Comfortable with collaboration , open communication and reaching across a range of functions and teams.

Strong ability to communicate and present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, verbally and in written form.

High degree of personal motivation and ability to self-manage.

Self-learning capacity to ensure awareness of emerging technologies and potential security threats.

Desirable

About the Role:

Trianz is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Trainer to spearhead our learning ecosystem across partner education, customer training, and internal technology learning. This strategic role combines learning product management with hands-on training delivery for Trianz products. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong technology acumen, capable of quickly mastering our product suite while building scalable learning solutions supporting our globalization agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Program Development

Learning Product Management

• Partner with Engineering and Services teams to design certifications and learning modules for Trianz products
• Design automation solutions including chatbots and rule-based systems for go-to-market strategy
• Build robust vendor networks and conduct buy-vs-build analyses for scaling requirements
• Create multilingual documentation portals and global Partner cast delivery

Product & Feature Training Delivery

• Conduct live product and feature training sessions for Partners and Customers globally
• Collaborate with Partner Enablement and Sales Enablement teams to align training with business objectives
• Design technical onboarding programs, certification paths, and competency assessments
• Create engaging training content across eLearning, microlearning, virtual labs, and instructor-led sessions

Internal Technology Learning Leadership

• Partner with leadership to create technology learning ecosystems for employees
• Design technical roadmaps for campus hires focusing on accelerated time-to-productivity
• Manage teams of client partners and instructional designers with clear KPIs
• Implement innovative learning strategies: gamification, simulations, microlearning
• Build global training partner networks and community platforms
• Design analytics solutions providing learning performance insights and ROI

Required Skills

Core Expertise

• 12-15 years mandatory experience in B2B product companies (SaaS, cloud technology, enterprise software)
• Self-starter with strong technology acumen - ability to quickly master Trianz products and associated technologies
• Executive partnership skills - connect with senior leadership and proactively anticipate learning requirements
• Senior client engagement - manage high-stakes relationships and conduct C-level presentations

Technical Proficiency

• AWS Cloud Certification Required - Solutions Architect, Cloud Practitioner, or Developer Associate
• Expert proficiency in authoring tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia
• Advanced LMS experience ex: Moodle, Cornerstone OnDemand, Docebo)
• AI-powered learning solutions: chatbots, automated content generation, personalized learning

Strategic & Operational

• Robust vendor network management with buy-vs-build expertise for scaling
• Advanced Agile/Scrum project management and cross-functional coordination
• Team leadership experience managing client partners and instructional designers

Preferred Qualifications:
