About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions, promoting academic programs, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and marketing strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and proficiency in CRM and lead management tools such as ZOHO CRM, Odoo (ODU), and Asana.
Compensation: Up to ₹5,00,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents, explaining course details and admissions process.
• Follow up with leads, maintain regular communication, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns for various programs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools like ZOHO CRM and Odoo (ODU).
• Assist in the development of email, WhatsApp, and social media marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
• Participate in events, webinars, and outreach programs to promote the institution’s offerings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets with a focus on quality engagement.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in tele sales, marketing, or student admissions (education sector preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools such as:
- ZOHO CRM – lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Odoo (ODU) – campaign and customer data management.
- Asana – task tracking and performance monitoring.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English ,Telugu and Hindi.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
