Ensure timely end to end deployment of Mobility network in accordance with Plan and
Quality Standards in the circle. He shall drive the deployment of 2G,4G, & 5G Expansions, upgradations ,height increase cases & their acquisition & RFAIs in the circle, right from conceptualization of plan till the network being Ready for On Air for commercial traffic & its Capitalisation thru’ CATS/SOA .
Key Responsibilities
· Validation of plan and engagement with Central Planning/Deployment team.
· Inventory tracking and engagement with SCM
· Close working with Operations Transmission team on media availability and its
commissioning.
· Co-ordination with ToCo / Infra teams for RFAI
· Prioritize delivery of P0/P1 sites delivery and its align partner teams on the field basis
readiness of site RFAI and Material readiness
· Monitoring the MDP/MIP & Other accurate report submissions to HO/Circle/Business.
· Alignment of vendor team(s) for Hardware and Network Acceptance Testing as per
defined Quality norms (Installation standards for successful Handovers).
· Co-ordination with Transmission/Operation/Acquisition /Fibre Operations & Partner
teams within Circle for clearance of RFAI & RFS, successful Acceptance Testing.
· Engagement with partners and internal circle stakeholders against weekly and monthly
assigned / signedoff targets and ensure plan and inventory availability.
· Tracking daily progress report of partners and capturing project milestones for weekly
/Monthly Targets.
· To work towards Indexing & Complaint reduction as highest Priority.
· New Rollout testing’s & they deployments as per Plan.
· Deployment of Small Cell/Pico cells etc.
· Timely capitalization of Inventory
· End to end media delivery.
