Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications network architectures, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, SS7, MPLS), and technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G NR, SDN/NFV).
- Hands-on experience with network planning, implementation, and optimization tools.
- Strong understanding of RF planning and optimization, fiber optics, and transmission systems.
- Experience with network simulation and modeling tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in using network analysis and monitoring tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in telecommunications or networking are a plus.
