Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
- 1+ years of experience with US healthcare recruiting
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Boolean search.
- Proficient in sourcing through job boards like Indeed, Vivian, Travel Nurse Source, Allied Travel Careers, DocCafe, Doximity, as well as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Good negotiation skills for rate discussion and candidate closure
- Experience in license and certification verification.
