**Rapid Care PLLC** a chain of clinics in North Carolina, US is looking for a Virtual Patient care Executive in India to help their operations in multiple clinics located in North Carolina, USA.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that service is provided to its best quality.
- Building and maintaining the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) database.
- Maintain records of the conversations and analyze the data.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from patients seeking information on doctors and specialists, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns.
- Make outbound calls to gather feedback and follow-up with patients.
- Respond to emergency code announcements in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism with patients while building strong relationships with each caller.
- Update patient data in the patient service database after each call.
- Maintain regular communication with the management team.
**Required Skills**: Customer Support, Healthcare Reception, Coordinate with Provider Office, Patient Relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Positive, uplifting personality with a natural ability to handle and deescalate escalations Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures Fundamental experience working with Microsoft Office Suite or related software experience in EMR / EHR.
**Qualification**:
Must be a Bachelor degree holder
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Care (Call Center experience)
Experience in Healthcare Customer Care will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Calls with the patients from United States of America: 2 years (required)
- Electronic Medical Records: 2 years (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Night Shift (required)
