The Opportunity.
We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Temenos T24 Analytics and Autoform. This role will focus on business requirement analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring business needs are effectively mapped into T24 solutions. The BA will work closely with both business users and technical/consulting teams to validate functional designs and support testing activities, bridging the gap between operations and IT delivery.
The Role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across banking operations.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for T24 Analytics and Autoform.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical consultants to ensure solution alignment.
- Support functional design workshops and validate end-to-end business processes.
- Collaborate on test strategy, create test scenarios, and coordinate UAT with business teams.
- Assist in issue/defect triage and resolution during testing and implementation phases.
- Provide functional support post-deployment and ensure smooth business adoption.
The Expertise.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Business analysis or ITIL certifications are an advantage.
Experience & Background:
- 3+ years’ experience in banking operations (mandatory).
- 2–10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Temenos T24 or within a financial institution’s IT/business team.
- Proven exposure to Autoform and T24 Analytics (mandatory).
- Familiarity with at least one T24 functional domain: Accounting, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, or Treasury.
Must-Have Functional Skills:
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Ability to map business needs into functional specifications.
- Knowledge of corporate banking operations (e.g., Accounts, Funds Transfer, FX, MM, GL, SWIFT, Balance Sheet, Payments).
- Understanding of full SDLC in a financial services environment.
Bonus / Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to T24 integrations and interfaces with third-party systems.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Familiarity with AA Modules (Retail, Lending, Islamic), Teller/Clearing, or Trade Finance.
- Prior involvement in compliance, audit, or large-scale transformation programs.
Additional Qualities:
- Strong communicator with ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a collaborative, hybrid team environment.

We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our VeriTouch Financial CRM solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering CRM solutions within the Financial Services industry, coupled with a deep understanding of Customer Engagement , Customer Onboarding , Sales , and Customer Service concepts, and their applications in Financial Services. This role involves envisioning, prioritizing, and developing the features and functions of the VeriTouch product to meet the needs of both customers and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Product Leadership: Lead the product team and establish the product vision. Prioritize tasks to ensure alignment with customer and stakeholder needs. Direct reports include Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, Product Engineering, and UI/UX teams.
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Feature Definition: Define and prioritize product features based on business requirements, customer feedback, and project delivery team inputs.
- Guiding Vision: Create a clear product vision and goals to guide product team and stakeholders.
- Backlog Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that tasks deliver maximum business and customer value.
