The International Seller Growth Team's mission is to set our worldwide Sellers up for success across our global Marketplaces. We deliver needle-moving initiatives which provide a seamless experience to Amazon Sellers at each step of the Seller journey. We enable Sellers across the world to list millions of products at scale across multiple categories and dozens of languages in our global Marketplaces. This includes automatically mapping Seller product information to the Amazon namespace and automating complex decision making (like Product Classification in our Catalog) on the Seller's behalf. We provide Sellers with strategic selling recommendations based on hybrid demand signals (like high-value products they should start selling in additional Marketplaces). We partner with Amazon Business to build best-in-class solutions that allow B2B Sellers to reach a wide customer base and drive billions of dollars in revenue. Job Summary 

The QA Consultant will be responsible for owning and executing QA function for Enterprise O2C product implementation for Fortune 1000 clients.The QA Consultant is responsible for testing all the e2e scenarios and user journeys for a product implementation and get all issues fixed before handling over the implementation for client UAT.This job profile will offer an individual high visibility as he/she will be the main point of contact for QA for the implementation. The candidate must be well organized, detail oriented and possess excellent communication and testing skills .

Responsibilities 

Responsible to carry out end-to-end QA for HighRadius O2C enterprise impementation for global clients
Experience in QA function and activities like test case planning, test execution, issue reporting and regression testing. Automation knowledge will be helpful.
Collaborate with cross functional teams such as consulting, engineering, technical teams to resolve issues. 
Own the QA activities for the implementation and ensure zero defect leakages to UAT and Hypercare.
Manual QA experience in must. Automation experience - Selenium on Cucumber framework will be handy. 
Working on QA function for SAAS Product Implementations will be a plus. O2C experience is also a plus.

Skill & Experience Needed

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop Quality strategies, department's Yearly Business Plan, objectives and Monthly Operation plan.

· Analyze financial and Department KPIs to identify key areas of opportunity, cost reduction, energy efficiency, and optimize asset uptime and performance.

· Uses data to estimate work-hour requirements and departmental efficiencies for continuous improvement Quality.

· Ensuring conformity of quality management system in their area of responsibility.

· Provide test certificates as desired by the customers or as per industry norms.

· Responsible for all people related matters for his team; partner with Production Manager and HR Manager for hiring needs; performance evaluation and developmental needs to ensure motivation and retention.

· Emergency response, immediate action to address critical issues.

· Develop/Revise standard operational and work practices/tools to the best available methods and technology.

· Conduct regular quality audits.

· Develop and enhance the health and safety practices and procedures.

Qualification:

· Minimum Bachelor degree in either Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or any related major.

· Five (5) Plus years' hands-on experience in Industrial / Manufacturing company as QA/QC Head (preferably in Aluminum extrusion or metal industries)

Requirements, knowledge and skills:

· Profound knowledge of ISO standards and certifications.

· Strong management skills. knowledge of lean management & six sigma is a plus.

· Strong leadership, communication, organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

· Well experience on problem solving and Root cause analysis skills.

· Must be able to apply good judgment and make decisions independently.

· IT / Computer skills, preferably with Oracle knowledge.
