Project Management Office (PMO) Test Manager Role

The role of a PMO Test Manager at our organization involves leading and coordinating a team of testers to ensure high-quality delivery. This includes designing, documenting, and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing test strategies and plans
• Leading and mentoring a team of testers
• Coordinating testing activities and managing the defect lifecycle
• Defining and enforcing QA policies, procedures, and documentation standards
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, such as ISO 25010
