  • Assist in defining and documenting the requirements for 800V DC power electronics components used in 3W, LCV, and HCV applications.
  • Help design motor controllers and DC-DC converter systems for 800V DC setups.

Reporting to the Manager, the prime responsibility will be to organise a RLDA/Measurement Activities In-house/Customer End on Engine or Vehicle Level for Company Group Product. This Role is in Testing & Validation-(R&D) function. The person in this role also will be responsible for Running the DVP as per DVP Plan from the Testing & Validation Team Members. 

Responsibilities:

• The person will be responsible for driving the culture of innovation at Company Group.
• Should have Strong fundamental knowledge and hands on working experience with RLDA/ Measurement Activities for Acceleration, Displacement, Temperature, Pressure, Strain/Stress.
• Candidate should be able to do Data Cleaning, Data Based Fatigue Analysis Accelerated Drive File Generation for Frequency and Time Domain.
• Should have Vast Working Experience on n-Code Glyphworks Software.
• Should have Vast Working Experience on Python/MATLAB Programming.
• Should have hands on Experience on VBA- Automation within Microsoft Applications i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Working Experience on the HBM Data Acquisition System will be an added advantage.
• Will be responsible for DVP understanding, DVP Preparation and Execution.
• Should Lead to make the SOR and handle it with supplier for the New Testing Machines based on the New Product Test Requirements.
• Will need to do the Test Engineers Team Management to ensure quality, zero error & on time delivery of the Testing & Validation Projects.
