- Handle Import Operations & Documentation for Sea/Air shipments.
- Important role is to have a conversation with overseas suppliers for Monthly production requirement.
- Preparation of SIMS for Steel Products & Documentation require for Customs Clearance.
- Communication with CHA for Import shipment. Provide the proper documents for queries raised by customs
- Handling Import- CIF, FOB,DDU/DDP/EXW/- Breakbulk Shipment.
- Knowledge of EPCG And Advance license shipments along with the L/c,Advance Payment, and Credit period shipments
- Handling the Import FOB shipment, Co-ordination with Freight forwarders and shipping line, Place the container in shipper factory for loading the Material.
- Co-ordination with plant for planning requirement of raw material. Preparation of PO as per received Proforma invoice from supplier in Import Consignment.

- Check and approve Export/Import checklists thoroughly to check HSN Code avail benefits on Exports / Imports.
- Arrangement of vehicle to co-ordinate with transporter to place the vehicle in Port for break bulk shipment loading.
- Maintain the MEIS/ RODTEP License debit sheet in Excel.
- Submission of Import & Export CHA Bills, Shipping line Invoices, CFS invoices to Account Department for Bill Booking.
