Key Responsibilities
- Package Creation & Design
- Develop, customize, and price domestic and international tour packages.

- Customer Service
- Provide pre-departure guidance and travel documentation to clients.
- Offer 24/7 assistance during travel if required.
- Gather feedback to improve future packages and services.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations (Especially Europe and India)
- Proficiency in itinerary planning, costing, and package design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage budgets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) and travel booking portals preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in tour operations, travel sales, or package designing.
- Prior experience in a travel agency / DMC is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
