Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Hospitality & Tourism Manager to oversee and enhance their offerings within the hospitality and tourism sector. This fully remote position is ideal for a seasoned professional who can leverage digital platforms to manage operations, guest experiences, and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing strategies to drive bookings, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure the smooth functioning of all guest-facing aspects of our business, all managed remotely. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, passionate about delivering outstanding service.

- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
- Managing online presence, including website content, social media, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Overseeing digital marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Developing and managing budgets for operational and marketing activities.
- Coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Implementing and monitoring operational policies and procedures for remote management.
- Training and supporting remote teams or partners involved in guest services and operations.
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to bookings, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality management, tourism operations, or a related role, preferably with remote team management experience.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry, market dynamics, and customer service principles.
- Excellent digital marketing and social media management skills.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS), booking engines, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
