**About the Role**:
**What you will do**:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance corporate branding and market presence.
- Plan and manage on-ground activations, ensuring detailed execution and alignment with brand objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel marketing, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or Mobile Industry.
- Strong experience in in-store activations, retail merchandising, and POS strategy.
- Proven ability to develop and execute retail marketing plans with a strong understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and ROI tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
