Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Trade Support Specialist with 5+ years of experience in supporting and optimizing Front Office Trading Systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of trade lifecycle management, hands-on experience with trading platforms such as Fidessa, Ullink, or similar systems is highly advantageous. Fluency in English and Japanese is required to facilitate effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and enhance Front Office Trading Systems to streamline trading operations and reduce downtime.
• Monitor and manage trade lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate and timely trade execution, allocation, and confirmation.
• Collaborate with trading, sales, and support teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure system reliability.
• Stay informed about emerging trading technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding trading system workflows.
• Support cash, futures, and options trade workflows, including order management and settlement processes.
• Assist front office trading desks, providing proactive support and resolving operational complexities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience supporting or working with Front Office Trading Systems, particularly in investment banking or asset management domains.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, order workflows, and settlement processes across cash, futures, and options markets.
• Hands-on experience with Fidessa, Ullink, or similar trading platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash equities, derivatives (futures and options), and related trading workflows.
• Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve trading system issues efficiently.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese required for effective communication with global teams.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Position Purpose

To provide efficient and well controlled operational support for Bonds and Repo activities in Global Market and ALMT metier The position is highly critical and has heavy interactions with sales/trading and clients in US region. Team coverage starts in the US timezone. Team should have appropriate shift to ensure sufficient coverage. Responsible to manage Bond Trade Support team Responsible to develop people in the organization and manage the team with strong leadership. Position is fully accountable Bond Trade Support.

Direct Responsibilities

• Bring Direct contribution to company's operational permanent control framework

• Minimize operational failure, including but not exclusively the risk of fraud by helping to devise and by implementing sufficient regular controls

• Ensure appropriate escalation to management and/or permanent control (or compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.

• reconciling trades between front office pre-confirmations to external clients and deal capture systems • monitoring/undertaking trade exceptions processing • ensuring prompt and accurate set up and update of client SSIs

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Financial Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives fast-paced environments and is passionate about precision and efficiency. You will be instrumental in supporting our trade execution teams across the globe and ensuring seamless financial, administrative, and logistical operations across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with the Singapore and Rotterdam execution teams, handling a range of financial, administrative, and logistical tasks, including:

• Preparing documentation in line with Letters of Credit (LC), including bank schedules, commercial invoices, and other contractual paperwork.
• Issuing import LCs to suppliers and reviewing incoming LCs, requesting amendments where necessary.
• Managing invoicing for paper and physical trades, including proforma invoices (PKPG/Wash out/Circle/String).
• Maintaining Statements of Accounts and assisting with month-end closing activities.
• Following up on payables, receivables, and accruals.
• Updating systems with stock movements (in/out) and ensuring accurate matching.
• Handling KYC and sanction clearance processes.
• Projecting LC and cash flow requirements.
• Preparing stock reports and coordinating the release of Delivery Orders (D/O).
• Compiling traceability reports and managing cargo insurance and charterers liability declarations.
• Processing LOI cancellations.
• Responding to accounting, audit, and compliance-related query.
