- Design and development of several automation processes to support Sales Traders on their otherwise mundane and time consuming tasks
- Good analytical skills which help in having overall understanding of the applications as well suggesting long term improvements/solutions that also includes building several dashboards and reports for the clients, business and senior management.
- Strong technical skills to work on several technologies like - Unix scripting, perl, KDB+, python, Java, ChatBot, RDBMS ( SQL ) etc.
- Managing and scaling up the underlying infra which comprises of many Unix servers, schedulers, DBs etc.
- Working closely with the regional counterparts and tech teams to build better and efficient solutions.

- The ION Support Analyst should bear a minimum of 3 - 6 years of working experience with at least 3 years of experience in ION Support.
