Job Overview:
As the Manager Admin & HR at Peppermint Communications, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes and human resources operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative and HR-related matters and will also work closely as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement of supplies and equipment.

Human Resources:
- Manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Executive Assistance:
- Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and handling correspondence.

Group Company Management:
- Coordinate with department heads and managers across group companies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among group companies to leverage synergies and maximize efficiency.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on administrative and HR-related metrics and KPIs for senior management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in administration and HR management, preferably in a corporate or group company setting.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes, HR best practices, and labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
