We are looking for people with solid analytical, writing and communication skills, who are naturally curious and interested in analyzing, understanding companies in depth.

Solid fundamental valuation skills acquired in business school, or as a consultant, an investment banking, buy-side/ equity research analyst, are additionally attractive, but not necessary for someone who is otherwise confident of their analytical skills, and is interested in understanding, analyzing a company’s business.

Over time, we intend to scale the platform and launch in the Indian markets as well, successful individuals will have opportunity to work in a leadership role on that effort

In addition, the incoming member will be engaged with all parts of the venture, and the role will evolve quickly as the business grows, with significant flexibility and opportunity to assume different positions.

Role & Responsibilities:

The deal review process requires in-depth understanding of the trade structure of exotic financial products

as well as expected payoffs at different time intervals in order to identify

material risks with respect to booking methodology issues and trade documentation. Propose

booking methodology and documentation amendments

Perform scenario testing to ensure the model accurately captures the cash flow at different time

intervals.

To ensure the model is capable of handling all the contractual features of a trade.

The role requires extensive liaising with the traders, regional stakeholders, documentation

teams,

Model Validation Group and quants team

To generate various control MIS related to deal review

To furnish KRIs/ KPIs to senior management

To develop automated solutions in order to carry out deal reviews and associated processes to

further strengthen the controls

Mind

Good knowledge and understanding

of financial products such as options,

CDS, Securitized products, IRS etc.

Understanding of the fundamentals

of options and option pricing.

Knowledge of Option Greeks, yield

curve, forward rates, discounting is

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the IT Development Team to implement new workflows and understand process changes.
• Conduct UAT, identify bugs, and resolve user-reported issues.
• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Liaise with developers to address user queries and assist with the Accounts Payable (AP) process.
• Maintain project data and track progress, ensuring timely updates to the Client Master on the portal.
• Monitor and suggest improvements to the Task Tracker.
• Test new modules, create error logs, and provide feedback to developers.
• Coordinate integration of Xero, STO, and other third-party applications.
• Support the internal team post-deployment and train Operations teams on portal modules.
• Track task progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve conflicts impacting project timelines.

Minimum Tenure Condition

• Employees are expected to serve a minimum tenure of 18 months from the 'Date of Joining' to ensure continuity and effective contribution to the organization.
• In the event of an early separation (before completing 18 months), the employee will be required to reimburse the company an amount equivalent to two months Monthly Gross Salary. This is to account for the investment made in training, skill development, and any potential impact on business operations and client relationships.

Responsibilities/Deliverables:

• Vendor Management and Onboarding: Oversee the vendor onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is collected and verified. Maintain accurate vendor records and promptly address vendor inquiries or issues.
• T&E Auditing and Expense Reimbursements: Conduct comprehensive audits of employee travel and expense reports to ensure adherence to company policies. Process expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconciliations: Conduct daily reconciliations of accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with other departments for accurate financial reporting. Post accounts payable transactions and book reclassification entries as required.
• Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices, ensuring proper coding and approval. Monitor and manage the accounts payable inbox, responding to inquiries and resolving issues as necessary.
• Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments to vendors, maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Monitor payment schedules and manage cash flow efficiently.
• American Express Program Administration: Administer the American Express program, including card issuance, expense tracking, and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and resolve any related issues.
• Concur Administration: Manage the Concur expense management system, including user setup, policy configuration, and troubleshooting. Provide training and support to employees on using Concur.
• Expense Compliance Training: Lead training sessions on expense compliance, ensuring that employees understand company policies and procedures related to travel and expense reporting.

• System Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance of the datawarehouse and expense systems

• 1099 Processing: Responsible for 1099 filing
• Reporting: Generate and analyze accounts payable reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
