The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, with a strong track record in volume or frontline hiring. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for volume hiring, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and rolling out offers
  • Work closely with business and HR stakeholders to understand manpower needs and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal references, and other innovative channels
