Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment endeavors across diverse levels - from junior to senior - catering to our prestigious clientele. Our clients encompass leading players in the Private Sector, esteemed MNC Banks, Investment Banks, and more.
- Showcase our global perspective by engaging with international clients, providing them with top-notch research and comprehensive Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions.
- Client management, ensuring seamless interaction and diligent follow-up on new requirements.
- Research on client mandates to gain a comprehensive understanding of each unique role and its nuances.
- Employ a wide spectrum of sourcing tactics, including strategic headhunting, meticulous industry mapping, harnessing our internal candidate database, exploring online portals, leveraging referrals, and capitalizing on the power of social media networks.
- Skillfully coordinate interactions between candidates and clients, streamlining interview processes, orchestrating compelling offers, facilitating productive salary negotiations, and ensuring smooth transitions to joining dates.
- Harness the potential of our state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline operations and maintain an organized candidate database.
- Embark on research expeditions focused on international search mandates, contributing to our broader vision and global recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Graduates / Post Graduates with minimum 2 years recruiting experience - Preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Good Communication skills
- Experience in sourcing from Job Portals and social media
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
