Role Objective:
To provide clinical support in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of women with gynecological and obstetric conditions under the guidance of senior consultants, ensuring high-quality and safe patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior gynecologists in conducting outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, deliveries, and surgeries.
- Manage patients in the labor room, including normal and assisted deliveries.
- Provide care for antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological patients.
- Handle emergencies such as ectopic pregnancy, PPH, eclampsia, and other obstetric complications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate medical records, case notes, and discharge summaries.
- Support the team in pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols and infection control policies.
- Participate in clinical audits, CME programs, and departmental meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBBS with MS / DNB / DGO in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- 0–3 years of relevant clinical experience
- Registration with State Medical Council / MCI is mandatory

The AR/DR shall take the responsibility of developing a system for conscious and consistent improvement in the overall performance of the University. He will be responsible for the development, application, and monitoring of quality benchmarks for various academic and administrative activities of the University and will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of the University database through MIS for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing quality.
He needs to be well-versed with all documentation and practices related to NAAC work, including conducting internal academic and administrative audits, organizing workshops/seminars on quality-related themes, and preparation of the University IQAR as per the guidelines and parameters of NAAC, CIQA.
The suitable candidate must have knowledge of the processes and guidelines of other accreditation agencies as well, like QS, NIRF, THE, etc.
The candidate must have experience in handling responsibilities within the online department , including digital education platforms, virtual audit processes, and quality assurance of online academic delivery.
Main Responsibilities
