We are offering an exciting opportunity for a CA Final student to join our organization as an Industrial Trainee under the ICAI Industrial Training framework. This role is primarily focused on Risk Management and Internal Controls , with additional exposure to Business Finance, FP&A, and Financial Statement closure .
The trainee will be part of a dynamic team responsible for strengthening internal controls, testing ICFR frameworks, and supporting strategic finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Management & Internal Audit (Primary Focus – 70%)
Assist in planning and executing internal audits across business functions.
Participate in operational audits and compliance reviews.
Assist in walkthroughs and testing of controls as part of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) .
Participate in identifying control gaps and developing remediation plans.
Work closely with different departments to assess process-level risks and recommend improvements.
Business Finance & FP&A (Exposure to learn – 20%)
Assist in preparing monthly MIS, dashboards, and business performance reports.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting exercises across business units.
Perform Unit economics analysis, margin tracking, and support decision-making models.
Financial Reporting & Closure Support (Exposure to learn – 10%)
Support the team in monthly and annual closing processes.
Coordinate with the external audit team for schedule preparations and audit queries.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1-CA Final student eligible for industrial training as per ICAI regulations.
2-Strong conceptual understanding of accounting, auditing, and internal controls.
3-Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Oracle (Netsuite) is a plus).
4-Hands-on exposure to Internal Audit methodologies and ICFR testing frameworks.
