  • Develop comprehensive course outlines, storyboards, and scripts for multimedia content.
  • Create interactive exercises, assessments, quizzes, and simulations to reinforce learning.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, audio, and animations to enhance engagement.
  • Ensure all instructional materials align with learning objectives, adult learning principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, from needs analysis to final deployment.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and performance data.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
  • Provide guidance and support to SMEs and other stakeholders on effective instructional design practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing e-learning courses for adult learners.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
  • Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design models.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desirable.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong visual design sense and ability to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and work independently in a remote setting.
