The InternationalTax and Transfer Pricing role will be based out of Bangalore, India, and he/she will report into the report to the Group Head of Taxation, Dubai and work as part of a Global tax team.

Tax Strategy and International Tax Planning:

- Identify global tax opportunities for tax optimization, deductions, credits, and incentives, discuss with Global Tax team, and lead action with local team, follow up to closure.
- Monitor, and actively manage the ETRposition of entities.
- Spearhead internationaltax planning efforts agreed with Global Head ofTaxation, considering the impact of tax treaties on cross-border transactions.
- Provide strategic advice on tax implications related to business initiatives and transactions in the region, e.G. in M&A projects, tax due diligence, tax structuring and restructuring, tax reviews, as required from time to time.
Tax Compliance:
- Responsible to ensure that the ETG group companies complies with all tax laws and regulations globally.

- Ensure necessary TP documentation (local & Master file, CbCr, BEPS/GloBE tax etc) adequate to defend the

- Lead and Monitor changes in OECD TP, BEPS Pillar 2 regulations and work with the advisors, Global tax team to propose, agree and action tasks tomaintain compliance of the Group in Relevant region.
Tax and TP Audit & disputes, Legal Compliance:
- Responsible to lead and manage any Tax and TP disputes with Relevant country tax authorities, keeping the
Global tax team informed, and working with relevant CFO/ local Finance and local advisors.
- Manage and support tax and TP audits, and disputes within other Relevant tax authorities, along with their local
Finance team, advisors and Global tax team.
- Prepare and keep updated the tax audit risk register for the Relevant region countries.
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation to defend the company's tax positions, work with tax advisors.

Job Description and KeyResponsibilities
Tax Strategy and International Tax Planning:
Leading tax support to Global Head of Taxation/ Finance to :
• Develop and implement tax strategies for global region, that optimize ETG Group's tax position, while remaining compliant. Align tax strategy with internal and external stakeholders, as per business needs.

Tax Compliance:
- Responsible to ensure that the ETG group companies complies with all tax laws and regulations globally.

- Including, ensure Finance is timely preparation & filing of tax returns, including Income tax, VAT, CFC, BEPS filings (e.g. GloBE Information Return) and other taxes
