    Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Fleet Management Specialist to manage their diverse fleet operations. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to optimize fleet performance and efficiency from anywhere. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of the company's vehicle fleet. This role requires strong logistical planning, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operations and driver support.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling, routing, and dispatch.
    • Overseeing vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
    • Monitoring fleet performance and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
    • Managing fuel consumption and implementing strategies to reduce costs.
    • Ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations, licensing, and insurance requirements.
    • Maintaining accurate fleet records and databases.
    • Coordinating with drivers to address operational issues and provide support.
    • Developing and implementing fleet policies and procedures.
    • Analyzing fleet data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
    • Sourcing and managing relationships with vendors and service providers.

    The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar transportation and logistics role is required. Strong knowledge of fleet management software and vehicle maintenance is essential. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical for effective remote management. Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance standards is a must.
