The Packing & Logistics Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to product packing, labelling, dispatch coordination, and logistics support. The role requires an organized, physically active individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform product packing, labeling, and parcel dispatch according to order specifications.
Coordinate with courier and transport companies for local and outstation deliveries.
Prepare shipment documents such as invoices, packing lists, and dispatch records.
Maintain stock of packaging materials and ensure availability for daily operations.
Support warehouse and logistics teams in inventory control and order tracking.
Manage logistics arrangements for exports, exhibitions, and events.
Inspect packages to ensure proper packing standards and prevent damages.
Assist in loading/unloading goods and ensure safe material handling.
Ensure timely dispatch of orders and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Skilled freshers may also apply)
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel required
Other Requirements:
Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license
Physically fit, energetic, and willing to perform manual tasks
