Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Occupational Therapists to join our Community Therapy Services team.
Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north.
Services are provided through our five main campuses:
Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.
About the Role:
Working within the Community Therapy Service at Broadmeadows Hospital, the clinician is accountable for providing evidence-based Occupational Therapy to Northern Health outpatients. This is achieved through the application of expert clinical skills in assessment, goal setting, intervention/rehabilitation, triage and discharge planning.

This is a fixed term, part time role (60.8 hours per fortnight) until 14 November 2025. Additional hours may be available for those interested in full time work.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Fully registered as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check VIC
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Demonstrated experience and expertise with complex community clients, especially within a neurological cohort.
- Experience with providing centre and home-based Occupational Therapy services
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team
- Commitment to lifelong learning
