Responsible for preparing/reviewing Fund Administration related tasks (Treasury Services) - Expense Administration involving Budgets and Invoice preparation, Expense Analysis, New Fund/Client Onboarding, Distributions, Performance and Regulatory/Board Reporting.
What you will be responsible for:
As Officer you will:
·Responsible for reviewing staff level work, preparing work when needed, demonstrate technical expertise, and ensure that all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed upon time.
·Plan and manage day-to-day deliverables and ensure completion.
·Participates in the research and resolution of operational issues and provide clients timely responses to inquiries as stated in the Service Agreement.
·Understand risk at the operational level and comply with the risk escalation chain including timely notification of issues. Escalate all delays and issues regarding assigned deliverables timely to AVP/VP.
·Embed risk excellence culture across the teams.
·Ensure effective use of automation by fully utilizing internal Applications, and standard macros; make recommendations for technology and process improvements.
·Encourage and drive a culture of change and ideation.
·Techno functional role. Exposure to latest technologies in industry and drive automations.
·Client facing role. Will be responsible to manage client calls, issue resolution and Client Due-Diligence meetings.
·Commercial acumen - Understanding of cost/budgets.
·Have executive presence by managing with influence and effective communication across stakeholder groups both regionally and globally.
·Responsible to build Client trust while continuing to deliver accurate and timely client deliverables.
·Ensures all controls/checklists and procedures are adhered to as well as makes recommendations for improvement.
·Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to staff, including coordination of training sessions when needed, and prioritize focus on all aspects of employee engagement events. Attend all relevant training classes; proactively seek out additional trainings to further career development.
·Implement all standard practices, processes, tools, and technology enhancements. Participate in the research and resolution of issues.
·Comply with internal, client specific and Standard Operating Procedures.
·To become an essential partner with our clients – trusted, strategic and proactive. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
·Staff/resources planning, allocation and assignments. Provide feedback on decisions to hire, discipline, determine promotions, and terminate employment.
·Drive pay for performance and culture of performance differentiation.
·Perform other duties as required by officer, AVP or Unit Head

Purpose: We are seeking a Treasury Operations Manager to serve as a crucial liaison between our suppliers and banks for all export transactions. The primary focus of this role is to oversee treasury operations, specifically managing the procurement of USD 50 million, and ensuring the optimization of time and cost across the entire value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury Operations -
1. Manage the strategic sourcing and shipment of Fiber, Soap Noodle, PM, and other products.
2. Monitor and supervise the creation of POs and intercompany SOs in liaison with the Master Data Management (MDM) team.
3. Liaise with banks for the issuance of LCs for all export transactions.
4. Support Nigeria operations on Form M and C for all shipments.
5. Liaise with suppliers and intercompany customers to manage payments.
6. Manage cash flow for the Dubai sourcing entity.
7. Ensure proper accounting of all export transactions in the Microsoft Dynamics (MSD).
8. Maintain accounting and control over interest costs for all export LCs.
9. Monitor and manage bank account structures to optimize cash balances and minimize Interest cost.
10. Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure effective treasury management.
MIS-
1. Support intercompany profit elimination in MIS to show true profitability.
2. Support in Preparation for month closing MIS and reporting.
Qualification and Skills
1. B. Com/ M.com/ MBA
2. 7+ years of experience in treasury operations or related field
3. Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management

The main function of the role is: Work in conjunction with individuals on the team as well as other Shared Services/COEs, outsource partners, Client Operations, other business units as needed to ensure seamless processing according to the fund’s policies, to ensure NAV/yield accuracy and that all SLAs are met.

As Senior Associate you will:
Manage the day-to-day activities of a functional/oversight team by monitoring, reviewing and validating all daily activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness in calculations and processing, as well as adherence to controls, e.g. ensuring accurate g/l and/or balance for daily pricing.
Provide timely accurate management reporting and issue log maintenance, under moderate supervision.
