Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and customer support. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with telecom industry trends, design tools, and best practices. Creating & delivering high quality features, preparing end to end high level and low-Level designs, developing individual sub systems.
• Facilitating creation and prioritization of program-level feature and architectural backlogs Desired Skill sets Prior experience designing for telecom platforms (e.g., OSS systems, customer portals, network dashboards).
