We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented  Inside Sales Support Executive  to join our growing team in India. This role will support WATI’s  UK and Europe sales team  by generating qualified leads for  cybersecurity service offerings , managing CRM data, and coordinating across the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify prospects, qualify leads, and support enterprise sales teams in high-touch markets like the UK and Europe.


Key Responsibilities:
 Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Conduct targeted outbound lead generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

  • Research and identify decision-makers and influencers within the cybersecurity ecosystem (CISOs, IT Directors, Risk Managers, etc.).

  • Create and manage prospect lists for UK and European markets using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.


Sales Cycle Support
  • Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads and book discovery meetings for the UK & Europe sales team.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing materials including proposals, capability decks, and case studies.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to support RFP/RFI responses and follow-ups.


CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM of leads, prospects, meetings, and pipeline status.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for the sales leadership team on lead generation activities and conversion status.


 Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with VP - UK & Europe to align outreach strategies with regional goals.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales funnel.
  • Stay up to date with WATI’s cybersecurity services, case studies, differentiators, and market trends.


Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
  • 3–5 years of inside sales or lead generation experience in IT services or cybersecurity domain.
  • Prior experience supporting UK and/or European clients is highly preferred.


 Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with lead generation tools, CRM platforms, and email/LinkedIn outreach.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (Product Security, Pen testing, SOC, SIEM, Zero Trust, Risk Assessments, etc.) is a big plus.
