- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, requirements, and interview questions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other events to attract top talent.
**Requirements**:
- **3+ Years of experience as US Healthcare Recruiter.**:
- Strong knowledge of the US healthcare system, including current trends and challenges.
- Must have worked on Medefis, CB, etc. other related sites.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
