Our team coordinates the timely payment of accounts receivable for Akamai's worldwide customer portfolio. We assess customer credit worthiness, provide inputs on revenue risks and maximize cash flow by maintaining the quality of accounts receivable. We interact with internal functions to facilitate the resolution and timely payment of outstanding invoices.
**Help us achieve our goals**
As an Order Analyst, you will be assisting our sales team in creating and processing order forms. You will ensure a timely turnaround, whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will oversee our processing systems and policies, managing the workflow from creation to submission and execution.
As an Order Analyst, you will be responsible for:
+ Gathering customer feedback from the sales team to effectively translate needs into accurate product/service orders.
+ Assisting the Sales team with renewing customer contracts by managing the entire order renewal workflow.
+ Working with internal cross-functional teams to obtain approvals for standard and non-standard orders
+ Tracking and reviewing in-process sales orders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
+ Serving as a subject matter expert, guiding the sales team on policies, processes, and identifying improvements.
+ Attending meetings to provide guidance on questions or issues the sales team faces regarding the order process.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
+ Work closely with Recruitment Program Specialists to deliver top-notch service to the client
+ Responsible for back-end operational/administrative support tasks, such as updates to the hiring manager, cost centre, end date, customer-defined fields, etc within the vendor management system.
+ Enter new contractor profiles (contact information) and details of assignment into VMS (example: Beeline, IQN etc.)
+ Assist Recruitment Program Specialists with the extension of contract assignments
+ Conduct new hire orientation for contractors
+ Liaise with managers, vendors, and security department to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and collected prior to starting assignment and at end of the assignment
+ Ensure all work orders are closed in the VMS system when notified of an end of the assignment
+ Ensure the security department is notified of the end of assignments
+ Assist in collection of contractor hours and approval of time by hiring managers
+ Constant interaction via email, VOP, and phone with hiring managers, supplier partners (recruitment agencies), contract personnel, and other partners
+ Constant interaction with supplier partners (recruitment agencies) to ensure new hire paperwork is completed in a timely manner so the contractor can start the assignment on time.
+ Log all client and supplier inquiries into Salesforce.com or equivalent tool/MIS
+ Assist in running and reviewing standard program reporting as requested
+ Provide general program, operational, and system user support
+ Ensure compliance with client's policies, guidelines, and processes
+ Monitor data integrity and act as a team player to all peers.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
+ 2 year of minimum work experience preferably in Recruitment
+ Experience working for a VMS such as Beeline or Fieldglass and /or Contingent/Contracting space preferred
+ Excellent verbal and written communications
+ Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes from day to day
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required
+ Excellent documentation and follow up skills required (proof of execution)

Key Focus Areas:
- Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
- Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
- Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified leads.
- Research and identify potential clients, industries, and key decision-makers across the US market.
- Communicate Flam’s value proposition effectively and qualify prospects against set criteria.
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, or meetings for Sales/Account Executives.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to lead generation and prospecting.
- Stay updated on US market trends, competitor moves, and industry landscape .
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- 2–3 years of outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR experience (B2B preferred ).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills suited for US clients.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven personality.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing industries.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, etc.).
- Prior exposure to US clients or international markets .

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to built rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Design Solution Architectures: Support the selling cycle with relevant demos and proof of concept engagements, Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Manage Pre Sales Processes: Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition and help with customer onboarding.
